Peri&Pause is a wellness subscription box and supportive community designed to help women navigate the changes of perimenopause and midlife with confidence, care and positivity.
Founded by Leasha and Kerry, Peri&Pause was created to offer women thoughtful products, supportive resources and small moments of self-care during a stage of life that is often under-discussed.
Rather than focusing on the challenges alone, Peri&Pause celebrates this stage as an opportunity for women to reconnect with themselves, explore new routines, and feel confident, supported and empowered.
